As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll guide, support, and mentor youth in a safe, structured environment using our proven Psychoeducational Model. What You'll Be Doing: * Supervising and ensuring the safety of youth in a residential setting * Teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors using the Boys Town model * Providing documentation and feedback on youth progress * Participating in group activities and therapeutic routines * Supporting youth in crisis and maintaining a professional, calm presence * Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. Pay: $18.50 + Shift differential Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Day; 7 AM to 3:30 PM, working every weekend Full Time and Part Time Evenings; 2:30pm to11:00pm.
