About the Role
Culmen International is actively recruiting Executive Administrators to offer administrative assistance to the Directorate and Senior Leadership within the Government program offices of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The role demands exceptional professionalism, performance, and responsibility. The Executive Administrator will be part of a dynamic Expeditionary Operations Travel team, overseeing deployment and travel procedures, and should possess a mission-driven outlook and excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
US Citizen
- Current TS/SCI security clearance (may consider current TS with SCI eligibility)
- Heavy experience with DTS
- Heavy Calendar Management Experience
- Professional Demeanor - this is a front office position
- Experience supporting a wide-range of administrative duties in a federal government environment
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Mail, Calendar, and file functions)
- Experience working with a collaborative document management system such as SharePoint
- Prior experience working with a centralized routing and tasking system (e-tasking system). Experience with N-CERTS is highly desired.
- Proficiency using standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, facsimile/fax machines, and audio/video conference systems
- Knowledge of presentation techniques and ability to operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment and support meeting activities
- Prior experience supporting calendars and scheduling for conference rooms, meetings/conferences, travel, and visitors
- Experience supporting government travel and understanding of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Oversee spending for travel, supplies, and awards
- Ability to organize workload, manage priorities, and demonstrate effective time management
- Strong verbal communication skills for telephone and-in person information transfer
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience producing written correspondence (email, letters, read-heads, and other documents), conduct reviews for grammar, and present correspondence in the format and templates following office guidelines
- Understanding of secure document handling and a "clean desk" work environment
- Typing skills of 45 WPM or higher
Required Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience supporting government travel and understanding of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited university/college with 8+ years of secretary experience and 2+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office
OR Associates degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited university/college with 10+ years of secretary experience and 4+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office OR High School diploma with 14+ years of secretary experience and 6+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office - Computer skills with proficiency working across the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Prior experience working with a centralized routing and tasking system such as N-CERTS
- Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate with multiple resources
- Strong verbal communication skills to articulate and exchange information (requirements, actions, status, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, command of English language grammar
- Understanding of sensitive document handling and compliance with a "clean desk" work environment
- Typing speed of 45 WPM minimum

The projected compensation range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 hourly. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
