About the Role:

We are looking for a Plant Controlling Manager to be based in Manisa. This role will report professionally to the I&S Controlling Area APAC-MEA Manager and managerially to both Region Turkiye Controlling Manager and Region Industrial Manager Turkiye.

As the Plant Controlling Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the plant's planning process, ensuring adherence to Group/Company timelines. You will collaborate with all Industrial Departments and Business Unit Finance to provide monthly closings and explain any budget deviations. Additionally, you will work with Area I&S Controlling to clarify deviations and budgetary assumptions on production variances, ensuring compliance with procedures for loading financial data (actual and budget) into the Information Systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define the full cost perimeter for industrial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (including industrial co-man), and set targets to ensure compliance with Group process timelines
  • Actively support the Plant Manager and Plant Board in making strategic decisions and prioritizations by highlighting financial implications and proactively identifying cost dynamics
  • Coordinate and supervise all Industrial Departments in Budget preparation
  • Conduct necessary simulations to forecast year-end volumes and values
  • Report actual versus Budget/Forecast data at local and Area levels
  • Simulate costs for new products and SKUs
  • Calculate Transfer Prices based on Group-defined markups (non-converted Plant vs. non-converted market)
  • Perform economic valuation of technical documentation (Modelli)
  • Conduct obsolescence analysis (internal reutilization) for packaging and semi-finished products, including economic valuation
  • Analyze manufacturing engineering continuous improvement business cases
  • Evaluate monthly closure variances
  • Perform economic valuation and monitoring of labor components (fixed vs. seasonal)
  • Report plant performance in monthly closures (one set of data)
  • Manage HFM data loading and reporting
  • Conduct destruction analysis (economic evaluation of materials online, external warehousing, and pallets)
  • Develop, plan, and monitor CAPEX business cases
  • Perform economic analyses for local investments and new initiatives

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably +10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with strict deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of SAP modules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
