Overview of the Position: The Sales Support Specialist role supports the Sales team and customer requests demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of customer service, including customer knowledge and service, functional excellence with systems and tools, training, and teamwork. Success in this role will be determined by customer service feedback, productivity with tasks and meeting company core values. Ultimately, this role is to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring frictionless sales team operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED and at least three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
