As a Construction Materials Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of high-impact aviation projects across the Southeast. By leading testing and inspection services, managing resources, and collaborating with clients, you'll help shape the future of aviation infrastructure while advancing your career in a rapidly growing sector.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Direct Construction Materials Projects: Oversee testing and inspections for soil, concrete, asphalt, and masonry to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Lead Project Strategy: Plan and execute aviation construction projects, balancing budgets, timelines, and technical excellence.
• Engage with Clients and Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships to deliver exceptional service and strengthen S&ME's reputation.
• Support Team Development: Guide and mentor engineers and technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Monitor adherence to industry standards and safety regulations, maintaining the highest level of project integrity.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction materials testing or inspections.
• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• A willingness to travel occasionally for project-related responsibilities.
• Preferred: Background in aviation-related construction projects or large-scale infrastructure.
