With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Fraser. Currently, this practice has 9 providers (7 physicians and 2 APP). Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group. To learn more, visit www.HenryFord.com * This position will involve outpatient clinical care - Full spectrum primary care. * Experience with older adults and complex care a plus * Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care. * Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research * Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours.
