The Internal Operations Supervisor (IOS) manages customer service team members. Functions the team is responsible for include auditing sales contracts, updating records, ordering product, scheduling install and service appointments, processing payments, and managing communication on project updates with customers. The IOS is responsible for providing feedback to the team on performance, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve service, and recommending process improvements. The IOS is responsible for coaching the team to achieve KPI goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver feedback to team members on performance.

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service.

Handle customer escalations.

Review processes and recommend improvements.

Be an ambassador of company culture and foster team cohesion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience managing a team.

Experience in operations, administrative, or logistical supervision.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to utilize and learn computer programs and apps.

Individual should be able to collaborate with others.

An advocate for a positive work environment and team cohesion.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

3 plus years of management experience.

2 plus years of managing operational, logistical, or administrative functions.

Good communicator and collaborator.

Proven track record for driving a team to exceed KPI goals.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in home improvement or construction.

Experience working on a leadership team in conjunction with other functions.

Compensation is a range of $67,000-$84,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
