Department OverviewThe Design & Tools (D&T) team is a strategic component of Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO), responsible for providing exceptional Service Design & innovative technology solutions to enable and empower MSI Centralized Managed Support Operations to meet and exceed customer's expectations. In this role, you will fit in the AI & Architecture team within D&T. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead and drive the Artificial Intelligence & Automation value stream within D&T (Design and Tools). In this role, you will also serve as the product manager for the AI and ML domain, and own the end to end delivery of the AI value stream. You will work with business operations to understand user requirements and translate them into AI solutions that turbocharge internal and external user experiences. In other instances, you will also be responsible for leading data scientists, building custom predictive and prescriptive ML models for preventative system health checks, system log analytics, automated root cause analysis etc., defining success metrics and measuring the ROI generated by the solutions.
