The candidate will have an established active research program that includes building research capacity and developing higher standards of musculoskeletal trauma care in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). They will mentor students and staff, collaborate with clinical research scientists and faculty at UCSF, and work with international partner sites. The candidate will conduct investigative work independently and collaboratively, publish manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals, and apply for grants to support ongoing and new research projects. This position is located at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Requirements:

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan (https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf) which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
