The opportunity:

Researches, develops and works cross functionally to bring new Medicare products and product enhancements to market. Analysis of market trends, portfolio trends and competitor information. Provides subject matter expertise on Medicare products to sales, client partners, operational partners as well as existing and potential clients.

How you will contribute:

  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors competitive activity, technological, clinical, market and industry trends in order to create product recommendations both internally and for clients.

  • Conduct competitive analyses and develop presentations making recommendations for changes to existing and potential clients.

  • Annual updates of standard Medicare portfolio-designs/codes and socialization through the organization.

  • Annual development of block of business analysis tracking details of products purchased by our clients.

  • Participate and be responsible for product components during new business implementations including documentation.

  • Responsible for annual updates to Medicare Training program in Navigator.

  • Review and provide feedback to clients on filing information and member materials.

  • Make Compliance changes that relate to product.

  • Subject matter expertise for Medicare products.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring with you:

  • 7-10 years of work experience in product management with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility.

  • Government programs experience (Medicare, Dual Eligibles) highly preferable.

  • Understanding of CMS requirements specific to Medicare highly preferable.

  • Health insurance experience highly preferable.

  • Medical, dental or insurance experience is required.

  • Proven problem-solving and analytic skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

  • Four years of college or equivalent, MBA highly desirable.

Salary Range: $97,900 - $146,900

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
