Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our customer in Fremont, CA. Job Responsibilities As a material handler, support the organization with ordering, receiving, delivering, organizing, and shipping of parts for projects, retrofits, and shipments. Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Receive production materials from incoming trucks and process them through audit and detrashing activities. Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and post weights and shipping charges. Check goods received/for distribution against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items. Perform the decontamination process to clean materials as they enter the clean room environment. Coordinate with MFG groups to meet delivery efforts. Facilitate material delivery for parts returning to the Warehouse. Complete material transactions, creating non-conformance reports in IQMS, and closing tasks in the MFG-based Cell Fusion application as the task requires. Operate a sit-down forklift as needed. What you will receive: Pay Rate: $25.00 p/hr. Duration: Temp-Hire Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am to 4:30 pm ) Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 3-5 years relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft apps, especially Excel Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Have a valid driver's license and vehicle to move between some Fremont buildings (mileage allowance available) Good customer service skills Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Familiar with Shipping skills such as creating shipping labels, and shipment packaging. Familiarity with Lam SAP. Familiarity with Lam-specific apps like ERF 3.0. Familiarity with MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS PPT, and Lab 360.
