We're deeply collaborative and thrive on the excitement, energy, and fun that reverberates throughout the company. Our extensive learning programs and mentorship opportunities help us create a culture of curiosity that pushes us to always find new solutions and better ways of doing things. The combination of a rapidly evolving industry and our high ambitions means there's going to be some ambiguity along the way, but we excel when we challenge ourselves. We're willing to take risks, fail fast, and do it all over again in the pursuit of excellence. About the Role: Revenue Operations is responsible for driving financial success through creating, maintaining, and continually improving the operations, platforms and intelligence that support our go-to-market teams. This team works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the customer journey, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is a pivotal partner in helping our go-to-market teams achieve their revenue goals. As the Manager of Finance Platform at PitchBook, you will be at the forefront of our finance initiatives, leading our efforts to drive effectiveness, scalability, and optimization of finance operations through our enterprise tools, automation, and systems. You will deeply understand your customers' needs and operational workflows. You will build and maintain a roadmap reflecting the most valuable, focused improvements that will achieve business objectives and strategies, along the way developing requirements, identifying features, and tracking success metrics. You will use your in-depth knowledge of enterprise tools and systems (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, Oracle ERP, Sidetrade) and your understanding of how integrated systems work to help define complete business solutions. You and your team of business analysts and tool administrators will focus your efforts on what we should build, why we should build it, and why we should build it now, collaborating closely with Enterprise Automation Engineering to determine the best solution to meet those needs.
