Logistics Process Improvement Coordinator We are looking for a responsible Process Improvement Coordinator to create a culture of continuous improvement across Logistic's department by developing and leading training, identifying and guiding process improvements projects within the department, and reporting and implementing project results. Responsibilities/Duties Primary:
- Use data analysis, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
- Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events using 5S System and Lean Six Sigma tools to identify, analyze, and lead initiatives to enhance Logistic processes.
- Teaching, leading, and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology in the Logistic department to develop and implement strategy, monitor performance, continually improve, and innovate.
- Working to continuously improve processes both in the Logistic network and with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, etc.

- Evaluating and prioritizing potential improvements based on value and resources required
- Mapping out in detail the desired situation
- Accurately analyzing options including impact and feasibility
- Stakeholder Management: Securing employee commitment (ex: process managers) for proactive change management
- Program/Project Management:
- Establishing a clear and well-articulated implementation plan
- Establishing criteria for the project's success and preparing a sound statement of constraints/limiting factors
- Appropriately implementing principles of governance
- Specifying deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators
- Identifying intervention priorities and indicators
- Identifying available resources (for example, people, material, and finances)
- Problem Solving:
- Conducting detailed analysis of the current situation that accurately describes the issues
- Resolving technical problems such as formulation, equipment, product, interpretation of regulations, and resource availability
- Specifying obstacles and ways to overcome them through continuous improvement
- Follow Through: Regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits
Must Haves:
- 4 years of college in a related field or business-related experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar role.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
- Experience with other process improvement methodologies such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Kaizen, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), 5-Whys, etc. is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP & WMS
- Experience utilizing business intelligence solutions (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques and related analytical tools.
