We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team! In this critical role, you'll be overseeing our service advisor team, driving excellence in service delivery for beverage equipment installation, repair, and maintenance requests.

What You'll Do:



  • Supervise & Support: Oversee the daily activities of our Service Advisors, including scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, and ongoing coaching.
  • Drive Excellence: Manage service and technical issues, ensuring prompt responses and high standards in alignment with the team's mission to exceed our partners' expectations.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Continuously review processes to find efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and implement cost-control strategies.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with sales teams, customers, and vendors to troubleshoot service issues and deliver top-tier service.
  • Lead Projects & Reporting: Handle special projects and ensure timely, accurate reporting on team and service metrics.




  • What You Bring to the Table:



    • Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in service management. Experience with beverage equipment is a plus!
    • Education: An associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
    • Leadership & Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving orientation, and advanced communication abilities.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Availability: Willingness to be on call for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
