The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing (if applicable).
• Current License as RN in the State of Texas
• CPR and ACLS certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Attends facility specific training as well as training required for accreditation and to maintain certification(s)

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree of nursing or management preferred
