The Availability Cloud at Salesforce is accountable for ensuring all products deliver critically important availability so that our customers can exceed the expectations of their customers. The Availability Data & Analytics team provides service owners the data, insights, analytics and AI-based frameworks to easily handle their products with high availability. We enable teams throughout Salesforce to deeply understand and optimize their respective areas through premier analytics and easily consumable data. You will work with Incident Response to take a breadth of structured and unstructured data and derive real time insights to handle live incidents. You will define the right data models and build pipelines to capture real time customer availability data across all Salesforce customers and their infrastructure that powers everything from board level reporting to daily operational decisions by service owning teams. You will shape AI/ML Ops strategies and contribute to Salesforce being the #1 AI-CRM company in the world. You are a full stack software technical engineering leader that has had a career designing and delivering critically important, real-time services. You iterate quickly, learn and iterate again. You consistently break through obstacles, work horizontally and turn "hard, sophisticated" problems into bite-sized, easily tractable solutions. You are a product leader, defining the technical strategy, digging into the math behind a dashboard because the data matters. Communication is a strength, both written and live. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $204,400 to $296,400. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,000 to $323,400.
