The Opportunity:

The UCF Student Success and Well-Being Registrar's Office is currently accepting applications for a Registrar Assistant. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the graduation area with data entry as well as commencement ceremony planning and execution.

Responsibilities:



  • Processes paper Intent to Graduate forms.

  • Verifies name discrepancies for diplomas.

  • Answers emails to the graduation email account.

  • Processes requests for duplicate or physical diplomas.

  • Creates the lists for ticket distribution.

  • Assists with commencement ceremony set up and works at commencement every term.

  • Assists with authorizing degrees.

  • Assists with uploading and issuing diplomas through Parchment.

  • Other duties as assigned.




Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in working in a registrar's office or any enrollment services office.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Student Records.

  • Experience with degree audits.

  • Experience working with data that requires attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
