Financial Analyst - Sales will provide customer information, analyze sales data and provides feedback about financial performance to the Sales team that is relevant for Westrock Coffee Company to achieve its financial goals. This position will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and IT. Financial Analyst - Sales reports to Director, Sales Enablement Job Duties: Responsible for data analysis, ad hoc reports, evaluation of strategic decisions Interfacing with group finance and supporting the controlling team Implementation and analysis of KPI's e.g. on pricing, indexation, volumes, and margins Development and maintenance of sales reporting tool Permanent review of Sales Funnel and support to all internal business partners by analyzing the same Advancement of data warehouse platform, Power BI platform, and internal apps Execution of continuous market- and competitor analysis Creation of Sales budget targets Performance measurement of sales force Introduction of new sales colleagues to data and reporting structure Special assignment on Distributor performance Daily Loading Dock performance Financial review (payments / deductions / penalties) Pricing review (frequently -- to be defined) KPI development and review (Scorecard introduction) Special assignment on Billback and RRA Weekly clarification on expected variances Communication with Distributor for timely settlement of agreed deduction Support for Distributor management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Financial accounting and / or Economics Experience working in a Sales environment is required 5+ years work experience is expected Experienced user of Microsoft applications like as Word, Excel, Power Point Open minded for other IT applications -- such as Power BI Business travels could be required to other Westrock sites US work authorization (Required) Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled
