Position Summary: Key member of the GFS Specialty Companies (TA) team, responsible for modeling best practice and support of key initiatives; serves as an influencer and team point of contact. Serves as the liaison and business partner for assigned business unit(s). Balances the needs of hiring managers, compliance requirements and the candidate experience. Supports execution of the talent acquisition process, including needs identification, proactively identifying talent, requisition posting and management, candidate evaluation, screening/interviewing, and offer process. Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to influence, guide and drive the talent acquisition process. Assists with the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs and projects for assigned business unit(s) . Essential Functions:

Minimum Years of Experience: Five or more years recruiting experience or seven or more years of progressive recruiting experience in lieu of a degree. Must have experience sourcing, interviewing, selecting candidates. You are requiredto provide yourmost recent employment experience for your application to be considered complete.
