A Master's degree from an accredited university in psychology, social work, rehabilitation, nursing or related field.
1. Five years post Master's experience in a mental health setting where at least two years have been spent in a supervisory position.
2. Crisis Intervention, Working Knowledge of Compliance and Regulations related to specific Behavioral Health Programs.
3. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
4. Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
5. Terminally licensed in stated discipline preferred.
