HR Generalist - Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred but not mandatory Position Summary: Performs professional level human resources duties in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, diversity and inclusion, affirmative action and employment compliance. Works closely with senior HR management to provide services for a designated division. Essential Functions:

Minimum Experience: Bachelor's preferred with an emphasis in Human Resources and/or two or more years of experience with broad knowledge of Human Resources functions preferred OR equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
