Role SummaryThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Icertis is responsible for driving new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with enterprise accounts in a specified U.S. territory. This role involves extensive research to identify and qualify potential prospects, initiating contact via phone and email, and coordinating meetings between prospects and Sales Directors. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a hunter mentality, and the ability to connect customer needs with Icertis solutions while contributing to a high-performing sales pipeline.
