Responsibilities

This analyst position for the Keysight Global Services Organization (KGSO) will report directly to the US Operations Manager of our Global Operations organization and will have broad responsibilities covering the US Return to Keysight (RTK) portfolio of services. This role requires strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication with internal partners. The successful candidate will be an expert in detailed data analysis and financial modeling, and should also be able to summarize business insights in support of KGSO Global Operations management.

  • Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes. May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions. May serve as business liaison to revenue recognition and development teams.
  • Provides financial tracking, analysis, reporting and support to business management. Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis.
  • This role may involve a moderate amount of project and/or process management. Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion. Lead or contributes to project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results. Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement. Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes. Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize insights
  • Strong Excel and Oracle/business intelligence systems expertise
  • Highly detail-oriented, with experience building financial and decision support models

Pay Range:

USD $88,340.00 - USD $147,230.00 Year
