Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, accounts payable processing and check writing in a timely manner to ensure prompt payments and achieving discount terms from vendors.
  • Audit invoices, matching with Purchase Order and Packing List and making sure proper approvals take place.
  • Distributes, copies and files various items.
  • May assist in Patient Financial Services regarding patient refunds.
  • Provide back up for other employees as assigned.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.

Responsibilities in Quality Improvement

Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.

Essential Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in business setting, health care preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of business computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Compensation based on experience, starting from $17.00.
