Corporate Hospitality Services Administrator

The Opportunity:

As a Facilities Manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail are crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As a Facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will elevate the operational efficiency and excellence of a large government contract focusing on facilities management, food services, catering, and events coordination. On our team, you'll work on challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you'll help develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects in facilities support services.

In this role, you'll closely impact the services support contract byproviding contract compliance, performing regular and periodic inspections, executing site visits, and working with the client to ensure satisfaction of the daily operations. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You'll Work On:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and communicate complex contract requirements, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization and providing oversight to daily operations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for government agencies, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless interactions to maintain positive relationships.

  • Conduct thorough audits and assessments to guarantee adherence to contractual obligations, promptly addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions.

  • Ensures fulfillment of all performance requirements, emphasizing the delivery of a superior customer experience through high service standards, operational preparedness, and optimizing services within a secure environment.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with managing services and support

  • Experience with monitoring the quality of services provided by other contracts and providing feedback to the client in a professional setting

  • Ability to prepare government staff and contractors for travel and provide end-to-end coordination of all official travel arrangements

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with food service, event coordination, and hospitality management

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate within a team

  • Ability to verify clearances, accesses, and certifications, schedule required appointments, briefings, and training, and monitor the requirements

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership

  • Serv Safe Manager Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
