Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Clinical Manager for the Sleep Center, based in La Crosse, WI.

What you will do:

  • Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position
  • Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services throughout the Sleep Center, a 24/7 operation
  • Manage and lead ~30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including Respiratory Therapists, OA, MAs, Clinical Sleep Education Specialists, RN, and Polysomnographic Techs
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director and Department Chair to achieve department strategic goals
  • Interface with many different areas within the organization including neurosciences, pulmonary, ENT, cardiology, regional primary care departments, and more

What you need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience; experience with contracts, business, and finance is a plus!
  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
  • Ideal candidate will have:
    • Ability to build trusting relationships within a team
    • Great communication skills
    • Desire to engage and help to foster growth of staff
