How You'll Perform the Role

  • Handle various day to day tasks dealing with vendors, service providers, maintenance support, customer support, etc.
  • Manages multi-person calendars.
  • Administration support to Management Team and Sales.
  • Process purchase orders and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate various plant services, such as janitorial service, pest control, and lawn maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate materials management, railcar management, production scheduling, shipping/receiving and logistics at all points of the process.
  • Miscellaneous other duties as assigned.


What We Need From You

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in handling multiple tasks often under tight time constraints.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft suite.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
