Project Manager

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at the corporate office in Somerville, MA

This highly motivated, data-driven individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

This position will report to our Senior Project Manager and is based *full-time onsite at our corporate office in Somerville, Massachusetts.

*After 90 days, the candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee operational business initiatives.
  • Suggest process, data, and reporting improvements to stakeholders.
  • Provide metric-based, operational decision-making support.
  • Lead special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization.
  • Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental / cross-regional meetings.
  • Willing and able to travel for the company as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.


Basic Requirements:



  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience overseeing operational business initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent listening skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of operations or project management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation


Preferred Requirements:



  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Project and Oracle ERP experience preferred.
