JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Survey Engagement and Administration Coordinator

This part time position is responsible for coordinating the administration of surveys or research projects, managing client (campus or headquarters points of contact) communications, and supporting internal teams throughout the survey implementation process. This role involves overseeing key activities such as client communications required throughout the survey implementation and reporting cycle, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with project timelines and objectives. Survey and research projects such as the What Works Surveys, Fraternity and Sorority Experience Survey, National Fraternity and Sorority Scorecard, and or other center research project priorities.

Survey Administration:

  • Assist with the setup and configuration of client surveys in Qualtrics, ensuring they are shared with the appropriate internal collaboration groups.

  • Support the management of the client Google Drive/online document portal, facilitating document collaboration and file sharing between clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure client specifications are integrated before distribution/data collection and timely distribution of completion reportsand documents to clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Coordinate managing contact lists for survey promotion (e.g., VPSAs and FSL Directors)

  • Coordinate active email communications with active clients and Piazza Center, ensuring timely and effective engagement throughout the survey process

  • Responsible for oversight and responding to incoming general communications in the Piazza Center's email inbox, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.

  • Create content and post social media.

  • Serve as a point of contact for survey administration, coordinating communication and ensuring clients understand survey objectives and timelines.

  • Assist in managing client expectations during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with project goals and outcomes.

  • Support client re-engagement efforts by coordinating outreach and maintaining relationships for future service opportunities.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate survey timelines for survey distribution and data collection

  • Provide regular updates on task progress, utilizing project management tools and scheduled check-ins to ensure accountability and transparency.
