About the Team The Connections product and engineering teams at Datavant are building the technical foundations of data interchange spanning the entire healthcare ecosystem. Our core connectivity technology, Site Connect, is currently operational at thousands of provider sites, across dozens of EHRs. Our connectivity and broad trust from over 1/3rd of the providers in the USA is unparalleled. About the Role You will be a member of the Provider Connections product team. This specific role will focus on a core component of our interoperability platform, which directly connects to thousands of provider EHRs today. You will work closely with Product and go to market stakeholders across all three of our business units: Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences. You will set the vision for our Site Connect agent technology, and evolve our standard data model. One of your core initiatives to own from day one is enabling integrations and additional value (e.g. HCC coding, data normalization, ROI) for risk-bearing providers directly, and the organizations which support them (ACO enablers, population health companies, etc).

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $270,000- $310,000.
