JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The College of Agricultural Sciences Fruit Research and Extension Center located in Biglerville, PA is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, Senior Support, to oversee critical administrative functions. The Administrative Assistant supports the Center Director, is responsible for budgetary operations, department level human resources, manages student graduate house, and is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties of the Center. This position is located in Biglerville, PA and is not eligible for remote work. Representative Duties:
Education and Experience: Minimum requirements for this position include an associate degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience/Skills:
This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is: $42,100.00 - $61,000.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
