INVISTA is currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our Data Strategy and Governance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in our data stewardship initiatives, enhance the value of our data management platforms, and apply innovative solutions to improve data quality. This position reports to the Data Management Leader within our Data Strategy & Governance team. This role may sit out of our Wichita, KS or Katy, TX office locations. Our Team Join Koch and enjoy fantastic office locations in Wichita, KS, and Katy, TX. Our Wichita office is in a convenient spot in the northeast part of the city, offering easy access to downtown's great restaurants, shopping, and parks. What You Will Do * Play a critical role in establishing and maintaining the data governance framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization. * Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive Data Quality framework, focusing on essential dimensions such as accuracy, integrity, and completeness. Integrate data quality processes into Data Catalog and Data Management tools, ensuring sustainability and repeatability. * Collaborate with various departments to implement data governance initiatives, policies, and best practices with a focus on driving data quality improvements. Lead and participate in data governance and quality committees or working groups. * Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity. Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Data Quality initiatives. Regularly report on progress and impact. * Support the advancement of Data Catalog and Data Management initiatives, partnering with business teams and Data Strategy & Governance team members to deliver solutions that meet business needs. * Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across Koch Industries to leverage shared knowledge and best practices. Utilize strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across the organization, including IT, business units, and leadership. * Present complex data governance and quality concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project objectives. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 3+ years' experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Enterprise Data Quality platforms * Experience leading Data Governance projects to completion * Experience presenting complex data governance and quality concepts to non-technical audiences * This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field * Familiarity with Data Catalog tools such as Alation, Atlan, or Ataccama * Experience with Data Governance and Enterprise Data Quality tools and platforms, including SAP MDG and TIBCO EBX * Experience in implementing enterprise-wide Data Governance tools and programs * Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools like Power BI At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
