Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Montgomeryville, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Data entry of invoices and payments on Excel
• Managing the transfer of raw materials to different sites, manage the daily reception of freight invoices for review and forwarding to the logistics team, contact carriers and freight forwarders for spot quotes for pending shipments both domestically and internationally and prepare documentation for sample shipments
• Follow all company trade compliance policies, procedures and guidelines
• Log and create shipping folders for all export shipments
• Create shipper letter of instruction
• Ship track and obtain POD (Proof of Delivery) for ALL export shipments
• Quote & manage all export shipments (samples & transfers) door-to-door
• Process all freight and duty invoices
• Export classification for all items
• Create ABW labels for DHL shipments and arrange pick up
• Coordinating freight forwarders pick up, transport of all shipments (GROUND/AIR/SEA)
• Logging shipments and Pre-Alert (Customs brokers) on all import shipments
• Advise and assist internal departments with any export shipment questions
• Working in Oracle ERP System, MS Word and Excel.

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics and Shipping, preferably with a high-technology company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Excel including pivot tables.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Tech savvy and pick up new technology.
