Description Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our customer in Osakis MN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned. Coordination, tracking/status of all in-house MRB material. Fully owns MRB meetings acting as the Quality department representative. Ensure NCRs are appropriately dispositioned, approved, and completed. Drive NCR Dispositions to close through use of ERP system workflows leveraging cross functional team member support. Owns issuance of work orders in ERP system to manage certain Non-Conformance disposition and tracking of these orders to completion. Interface daily with various departments to seek closure on open MRB items. Conduct regular NCR review meetings and inventory activities. Ensure nonconforming products and purged materials are properly identified, labeled, and contained. Investigate and drive RMAs to completion through appropriate channels. Update and improve documentation/procedures to ensure the MRB system meets objectives and requirements. Here's what you'll get: Duration: Temporary, 12 months Shift: 1 ^st shift: 7am-3pm (Mon-Fri) Pay Rate: $22.60 Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 2-3+ years quality or related work experience High School Diploma or equivalent Some technical or college education Familiarity with GMP and ISO methods Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings of complex mechanical or electrical components. Ability to read testing instruments and record inspection results. Ability to use mechanical or electrical inspection tools, instruments, and devices. Ability to add, subtract, multiply in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals. Prioritize work in accordance with lead/supervisor direction. Good problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Familiar with Agile system Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
