JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Office of Undergraduate Students in the Eberly College of Science seeks a student-focused, team-oriented experienced administrative professional to apply for the position of Academic Program Coordinator - Supervisor, which includes the position of college records coordinator. This position will report to the Senior Support Assistant. As the records coordinator, they will work closely with the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Students and serve as liaison between the registrar's office and the departments within the Eberly College of Science. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to.
In addition to being student-focused and team-oriented, the ideal candidate must be highly motivated, exhibit a high degree of professionalism, have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to help support and grow the programs that are vital to student success within the Eberly College of Science and support the college's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Consistent high quality and thorough work is critical and must be able to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion and independent judgment. This position requires in-depth knowledge of undergraduate policies and procedures and student records processes. Experience with LionPATH, SIMBA, SAP Concur, WorkLion, CollegeNet, and MS Office Suite is preferred. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. This position requires an Associate's Degree and 4 or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
