We're seeking a Shop Coordinator to join our team and support our skilled professionals in creating top-notch products and services. In this role, you'll wear many hats, contributing to the efficiency and success of our shop operations.

What You'll Do:



  • Assist welders, fabricators, door conversion technicians, installers, and shipping/receiving technicians.
  • Perform glazing tasks, including cutting glazing bead to length and installing it with self-tapping screws.
  • Paint frame components as needed to ensure top-quality finishes.
  • Handle general shop labor tasks and contribute to housekeeping efforts such as sweeping, painting, cleaning, and organizing.


What You Bring to the Team:



  • Education & Experience: Associate's degree, technical school certification, or equivalent experience (6 months to 1 year preferred).
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a good grasp of math and language skills, including interpreting safety rules and procedure manuals.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds).


Successful candidates will pass a drug screen, background check, and driver's license check.
