Job Description The Unlicensed Medicare Benefit Advisor position is only currently available for Statewide Residents in AZ, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UTThe AHB Benefit Advisor in Training IH is responsible for driving Medicare Sales through professional and consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas while in an inside sales environment. Additionally, Benefit Advisors may have some opportunity with some IFP (Individual & Family plans) and Ancillary Product Sales through consultative selling on plan options. Make a Difference! As a Medicare Benefit Advisor, you'll utilize your in-depth Medicare knowledge and sales skills to consult retired seniors on the most beneficial Medicare Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. Key Responsibilities * Receives inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in 20-50 states * Assists with escalated customer issues * Provides a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction * Meets sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis * Updates customer file in CRM with summary of interaction * Maintains responsibility to act as a member of the management team to facilitate call center opening/closing procedures as needed for Aspire Carrier Team * Makes outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns * Recommends plans and enrolls prospects based on the customer's needs * Quotes, presents, and closes sales while overcoming objections * Follows up on "book of business" on a consistent basis by making outbound follow up calls to prospects Essential Duties as a full-time Medicare Benefit Advisor:

*Total compensation is based on a mix of base salary and uncapped monthly discretionary incentives. Monthly discretionary incentives will be based on your performance against agreed-upon objectives and company results. Discretionary Incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicable commission plan which is subject to change at Allstate's discretion.
