Job Description: Phlebotomist Needed for Research Project Location: Washington, D.C. Position: Phlebotomist Project: Type 2 Diabetes Research Details: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate phlebotomist to assist with a Type 2 Diabetes research project in Washington, D.C. This role will require the administration of IVs and the collection of blood samples from the IV throughout the research sessions. Key Responsibilities: Administer IVs for study participants. Perform blood draws from the IV for testing throughout the day. Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent bedside care. Work with 4 to 6 patients per session. Schedule & Compensation: Duration: 4 days in January. Hours: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Rate: $32.00 per hour. Parking is provided and paid for. Requirements: Proven experience in administering IVs and performing blood draws. Excellent bedside manner and patient care skills. Availability for the specified dates and times. Required.
