As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Principal Compensation Analyst with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our Human Resources team. Overview: The Principal Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating and integrating compensation structures during M&A activities. This position requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarks, and the ability to assess alignment with Blue Yonder's policies. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough market research, participate in due diligence processes, and provide strategic insights to ensure competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
