Position Summary:

As our Quality Control Inspector, you will maintain and ensure that our products conform to customer specifications and requirements. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Must be proficient in interpreting drawing and specifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in product inspection
  • Must be able to independently perform workload
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office/Outlook as well as the company's MRP system

Are You Our Next ACE?



  • Perform Initial, in-process and final inspection of detail parts and assemblies. Products include: sub-assemblies, assemblies, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications
  • Perform surveillance inspection and conduct auto or manual testing as required
  • Verify tooling is appropriate and in production working condition
  • Maintain the company's tool calibration log
  • Document and follow-up of nonconforming products
  • Proficient in company MRP system
  • Occasionally interact with customer source inspectors and vendor representatives
  • Collaborate with respective departments in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable and utilizes data to make informed decisions.
  • Enforce and interpret the Quality and AS9100 QMS standards
  • Involve supervisor with all quality deficiencies

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE). Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
