Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Architect/Technology Leader that will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team Responsible for the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications Lead and deliver/develop of one or more initiatives Be the primary architect and hands on technology leader Define and evaluate problems and designs effective solutions Responsible for development and support of various applications in the group and hands-on design, architecture and development of solutions Responsible for developing clean and progressively enhanced code for complex enterprise applications Requirements: 10+ years of total experience 7+ years of hands-on core Java experience 5+ years of Angular 5+ years of backend database development Oracle preferred 3+ years of Tableau 2+ years of complete user interface development experience using Angular 5+ Unix/Linux scripting Middle tier development Webservices, Apache or WebLogic HTML/DHTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, TypeScript Financial sector experience Agile Strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, able to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues Very strong communication skills, and ability to interact with senior business partners as well as senior technology management Desired skills: High integrity, energy and optimism who is self-directed and motivated. Front end development with Angular, JavaScript , JSP, HTML/DHTML, Ajax A good listener; who seeks input and involves others in his/her communications; who values and cultivates relationships Demonstrated ability to get things done and make things happen; a person who is resourceful, seizes opportunities and is an innovator Individual who is not afraid to challenge; who is creative and can think "outside the box Who wants to contribute to the organization and is results oriented Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
