Genesis10 is currently seeking a Functional Tester with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Execute test cases, identify and document defects, and ensure the quality of our software products Review software requirements and specifications to understand system functionality Develop, document, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and specifications Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve identified defects Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team meetings Collaborate with other QA team members to ensure effective test coverage Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process Requirements: 5-8 years of experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
