Job Description

To promote Omni and Heron's Cove Mini Golf to our resort guests, club members and the surrounding community.



Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
o Maintain a clean and safe mini golf course
o Keep the rental station organized and clean
o Manage with fair play and sportsman like conduct
o Develop tournament formats as well implement fun activities for all visitors
o Maintain golf clubs, balls, and course to meet guest standards
o Responsible for the inventory of the hut as well as displays
o Responsible for Point of Sales system, cash handling, and cash drawer management
o Accountable for maintaining a clean and sanitary station for F&B items
o Knowledge of mini golf and equipment

Hotel Specific Functions:
o Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels culture, rules, and regulations
o Answer phones using the proper "Moments of Service" scenario
o Provide guests with cheerful, personable, efficient service
o Responsible for a clean and professional appearance of uniforms.
o Fully understand and implement "Moments of Service" and "Power of Engagement"
o Interact with every guest using Omni Standards
o Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and property specifics



Qualifications

o Must be at least 16 years of age.

o Able to lift 30-50 pounds
o Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
o Must be able to hear and have good or corrected vision
o Associate must be able to communicate verbally to our guests
o Able to multitask effectively
