Minimum qualifications:

• An earned doctorate in biological engineering, environmental science, ecology, geosciences, or a closely related fieldfrom an accredited institution of higher education, conferred by the start of employment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of project management and supervision of multiple projects in complex and technical environments

• Demonstrated knowledge of rice agricultural systems and sustainability

• Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed publications in agricultural, engineering, and geoscientific or related fields

• Demonstrated knowledge of environmental data management

• Demonstrated knowledge of chamber flux techniques

• Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural sustainability calculators and decision support tools
