The Role: The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst will manage the Splunk business unit data, information, and financial reporting through all Presidio systems including Salesforce, Xait, myOrders, and all Finance & Accounting systems. Serving as a key liaison to all stakeholders, the RevOps Analyst will be responsible to capture accurate reporting demonstrating financial health of the business. In addition to coordinating the key reporting functions, providing financial analysis to the Leadership team is critical to success in the role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Data Management & Financial Reporting

    • Frontline support for all financial modeling and KPI structures for Practice financial performance
    • Obtain data points from all financial systems to feed financial reporting needs
    • Provide weekly reporting on Practice financial performance and associated pro forma forecasts
    • Manage "offline" financial tracking associated with Practice transactions and projects


  • Relationship Development

    • Build relationships with internal team members to drive successful financial outcomes including accurate, predictive analytics and real-time data for financial results
    • Create partnerships to understand solution sales through cash/revenue recognition and prioritize timely receipt of data inputs from multiple sources


  • Financial Accountability

    • Resolve financial data errors with initiative, mission-focus, and attentiveness to details of errors and how issues can be reduced in the future
    • Effectively communicate needs, inputs, and results to all stakeholders using various mediums and compelling financial presentations and dashboard views toward goals
    • The successful RevOps Analyst will set the standard for financial reporting and positive results as the first RevOps team member for the Presidio Splunk Solutions Team.
    • A 'hate to lose' attitude will enable this team member to exceed performance objectives and set increasingly targeted and elevated financial goals




Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and finance functions with an emphasis for at least two years directly in financial reporting
  • System-savvy professional with ability to combine data from multiple sources into usable data outputs and provide meaningful descriptions and root cause analysis of progress and shortfalls
  • Data-driven communicator capable of setting, managing, measuring and reporting upon revenue and EBIDTA targets
  • Experience providing financial information to multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship builder to gather information from various departments and systems
  • Able to understand fundamental technical and business concepts for translation into financial objectives and meaningful tracking mechanisms including Leadership reporting
  • Drives a bias to action for accountability measures such as on-time delivery with internal and external resources
  • Experience with financial modeling with extensive use of Excel and data visualization tools such as QlikView
  • Finance experience in SAAS, MSP, or others including subscription revenue highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
