As a Benefits Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and leadership regarding leave of absence and ADA requests, benefits education, and program coordination. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining the high standards of service our employees deserve. Reporting directly to the Director, Benefits, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance employee understanding and utilization of benefits offerings and wellness programs. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
