Clinical Social Worker Supervisor Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 83290BR Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Program Director to support the implementation of on-site supportive services in two PSH locations in the Tenderloin managed by our partners from DISH. The Clinical Supervisor will lead clinicians in providing a high caliber of services to program participants and to meeting our program objectives. The incumbent will also facilitate intakes and the assignment of referrals. Coordinating service delivery, training opportunities and consultation with our community partners is also a function of the Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor needs to work collaboratively with core partners, DISH, DPH and HSH as well as a robust network of community providers and facilitate regular meetings to ensure collaboration and coordination. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for recruitment, screening, hiring and onboarding new staff to our program and providing at least one hour of clinical supervision per week to each staff member. The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct services to residents, individual and group treatment, crisis intervention, community activities and celebrations, and collaboration and consultation with our team and partners. The Clinical Supervisor must demonstrate commitment to anti-racism and be able to lead the team in ensuring that our policies and practices reflect our values of social justice and anti-racism. The Clinical Supervisor will work with the Program Director to ensure compliance, quality management and other duties as assigned. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $111,000 - $166,600 (Annual Rate). The mission of the division is to help clients recover prior functioning while reducing reliance on acute services and facilitate transitions from ZFGH psychiatric inpatient, jails, or other institutions to the community. The Citywide Supportive Housing Programs provide targeted case management and nursing services to PSH residents in SF to support housing retention, recovery and community building.
