Clinical Research Supervisor M_PEDS-ADMIN-CORE-RESEARCH Full Time 83150BR Job Summary Supervises staff responsible for working with departments, staff, patients and families in using clinical research techniques. May assume full responsibility for the research in delegated studies. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the processes by which to attain them. Supervises daily operations, and performance requirements. Has full oversight for staffing, performance management, and programmatic workflow of projects. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $86,300 - $130,900 (Annual Rate). The Department ranks 17th in the nation among Pediatric departments for funding from the National Institutes of Health. The Department is comprised of 18 divisions, employing over 300 faculty, 83 fellows, 84 residents, 31 post docs and non-faculty academics and 170 staff. The Department has annual clinical income from inpatient and outpatient activities totaling over $90 million, and annual extramural funding (contracts and grants) exceeding $40 million.
