Job Summary The primary purpose of this position is to support the Target Specialty Product Pest Control Sales and Profitability as a lead manager in the Pest Division. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a hands-on leader and influencer in the professional pest management wholesale product sales division that is comfortable in a fast -paced and rapidly changing and growing environment. The RSM works closely with the Directors of Pest Division along with the other RSMs in the Pest Division. The RSM works closely with sales, operations, procurement, finance and other leadership to ensure the implementation and strategy of sales, customer relations and satisfaction, solutions, training and meets the organization's tactical and strategic objectives. The RSM must have strong communications skills, ability to manage others, computer skills, attention to detail, a positive and professional attitude, the ability to work in a team environment, and must be able to pursue goals with an independent determination and actions. Flexible problem solving, insightful analytics, strategic thinking, relation building, coaching and managing a sales team and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be a skilled user of Microsoft Office products and an advanced user of excel including pivot tables Key Performance Indicators Sales Revenue, Gross Margin Percentage, and Company Profitability Example - Sales $23,000,000 (2024) - Fumigants and Southeast Region _ PCO Division Gross Margin Perc% 21.0% (2024) Profitability - Target 8/0% APBITA New Growth of Customer 17% annually Lost Customers -10% annually Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Manage a sales team in a designated territory including fumigants and PCO sales. * Manage the Fumigant Sector for the PCO Division. * Multi-task skills are essential. * Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering sales, margins, strategic sales and marketing initiatives. * Support, assist and work with other team members including other sales reps, RSMs, operational teams and ROMs and other support teams with Target Specialty. * Coach, educate and strategically drive sales reps to achieve and exceed determined goals, profitability and strategies. * Work with and build relations with key Manufacturer partners * Provide timely and regular reporting on sales, margins, customer relations and P&L reports * Work with and support Marketing initiatives and strategies within the designated territory. * Provide communication and training needed to successfully implement best practices and process improvement across the network. * Communicate and support Pest Division Director strategies and initiatives * Work well under pressure * Ability to maintain highly confidential information * Perform other duties, responsibilities and tasks as assigned * Ability to travel 40-50% of the time throughout the USA primarily on the East Coast.
