The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Product, 3D & Immersive Labs is seeking an individual to play a vital role in shaping and executing the product strategy for Project Pulsar, a cross-platform solution for the next generation of video compositors. You'll lead a cross-functional team to deliver a product experience that delights our users and scale the product from concept to a 1.0 release. This includes working closely with engineering, design and data teams to innovate and optimize every aspect of this new product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Project Pulsar team, fostering an environment of excellence and innovation to deliver a high-impact product that will prove product market fit in a competitive landscape.
  • Deeply understand the customer. Advocate for the user by ensuring product experiences are intuitive, accessible, and delightful.
  • Be the team expert on the technology landscape to understand and incorporate shifting trends into the product strategy and roadmap. Keep the team and stakeholders informed of changes and how they relate to or impact Project Pulsar's strategy.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Program Management, Research and Marketing leads to build the vision for the Project Pulsar Product experience and define the roadmap and strategy for execution.
  • Liaison with Adobe research to prioritize cutting edge proprietary technology that can ensure Project Pulsar is differentiated in the market.
  • Build strong relationships across other product teams across Adobe, evangelizing Project Pulsar and identifying areas of collaboration across other product teams.
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and excitement.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to set KPIs and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Support the Project Pulsar partnership across key external and internal stakeholders driving the project so that key milestones are met.
  • Navigate Adobe's internal system to ensure a product release making the appropriate tradeoffs for the product to leverage benefits of developing a new product at a big company.
Qualifications:
  • Product management experience - 5+ years.
  • Experience launching several product or services from concept to 1.0.
  • Domain expertise in:
    • The XR space with hands on development of a product or service in either AR, VR or immersive mediums.
    • Generative AI and how it can accelerate creative authoring tools
    • 3D graphics and novel synthesis techniques
  • Strategic, first principles builder - able to make product decisions through leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs. Can make decisions and guide the team on ambiguous new areas.
  • Leadership - ability to lead through change and ambiguity, keeping teams highly motivated through ups and downs.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment - strong communicator who can work and drive alignment across all levels and teams.
  • Ability to set a product strategy and vision and get alignment and support for it.
  • Track record of impact - Is truly impact & goals focused, and a track of record that proves it.
  • User Experience - Is passionate about the user and building delightful user experiences.
  • Hands on & humble - Humble and scrappy. Enjoys digging into the data and details and getting into the weeds when needed.
  • Values - Possess strong values & principles around driving growth via adding value to customers and solving real problems.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
